This blend uses Bonita and another speciality Brazilian bean creating a beautifully balanced, full bodied coffee.
Bonita is a beautiful single origin coffee and it comes from the Minas Gerais region in Brazil. In the cup it possesses rich, sweet and fruity notes with roasted almonds and milk chocolate. Such a smooth and balanced coffee! Bonita is a Topazio varietal, which is a cross between the Red Catuai and the Mundo Nova coffee plant hybrids developed in the 1960’s and 1970’s. Topazio fruits are yellow and the ripe coffee cherry is a deep yellow, Topaz like colour. Topazio coffee is considered a high quality coffee.
The second Brazilian coffee comes from the Cerrado region. The cherries are natural processed and sundried. This coffee is sweet and soft with a full body, great balance and after taste. This coffee is classified as a Fine Cup (FC) and Strictly Soft (SS) which is the highest cup category for coffee grading in Brazil!
