The beans are a Yellow Bourbon varietal. Yellow Bourbon fruits are yellow and the ripe coffee cherry is a deep yellow, Topaz like colour. Sweet, nutty, blanced and full bodied.
This coffee has been roasted medium-dark and from an espresso machine the crema that is produced is thick and dark gold. Bonita is truly beautiful and makes an absolutely stunning Latte. Being a single origin this coffee is also suitable for all brewing methods.
